2. Waitlist & early access
Joining the waitlist does not create a contract or guarantee access to the product. Quoria may grant, defer, or decline early access at its discretion. Separate terms will apply once you are onboarded as a customer.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt service, submit false information, or use the waitlist or contact channels to send unsolicited messages.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Quoria AI or its licensors and is protected by applicable IP laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without prior written consent.
5. No warranties
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quoria AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or waitlist.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, to the extent legally permissible.
