2. Data we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and any information you voluntarily provide (name, organisation, role). When you book a call, our scheduling provider processes the data you submit. Server logs may temporarily record your IP address and user agent for security and abuse prevention.
3. Purpose & legal basis
We process your data to (a) operate the waitlist and contact you about early access (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures), (b) send transactional emails such as the welcome message (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and (c) ensure platform security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest).
4. Hosting & processors
Data is stored on EU-hosted infrastructure. We rely on processors for hosting, database, email delivery, and scheduling. All processors are bound by data processing agreements compliant with Art. 28 GDPR.
5. Retention
Waitlist data is retained until you request deletion or until the waitlist is closed. Email send logs are retained for up to 12 months for deliverability diagnostics.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact contact@quoriaai.com.
7. Email & unsubscribe
Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Once you unsubscribe, your address is added to a suppression list and we will no longer email you.
